Sam is proud to partner with Rock By The Sea and 12Bands.org on the very first Rock By The Sea Christmas CD! Sam and 18 other artists contributed both original and classic holiday songs for the disc.

And to celebrate we’re throwing a party!!!

On Friday, December 10, Rock By The Sea is hosting a CD Release Concert at Vinyl featuring Sam Thacker and JK & The Lost Boys, with appearances by Five Star Iris, Brian Fechino & Chardy, Sarah Mac Band, Lani Daniels, Dirty Shannon, B-Liminal, Stephen Hunley and other special guests. The show is ALL AGES.

Rock By The Sea Road Show

The Rock By The Sea Road Show is back! Sam will join Lani Daniels and Dirty Shannon at various World of Beer locations throughout the Tampa/St. Petersburg area to raise awareness about Rock By The Sea – an organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research. The run of shows includes:

July 7 – World of Beer Westchase – Tampa, FL
July 8 – World of Beer Tampa Palms – Tampa, FL
July 9 – World of Beer 4th St – St. Petersburg, FL

The Rock Boat XI Initiative

We are excited to announce that Sam and the band will be joining an incredible line up of artists on The Rock Boat XI in January 2011! This will be Sam’s fourth appearance on TRB and each year seems to get better. TRB XI departs from Tampa, FL on January 6 and although the destination is yet to be determined, Sam seems to think he’s got it figured out. Take a look at this video to get the inside scoop:
